Funeral services for Lester Dickinson, 77, of Oak Grove, were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the First United Methodist church of Oak Grove with the Rev. Fred Schwendimann officiating.

Interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery under direction of Kidder-Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.

Dickinson died Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe following a lengthy illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mabel Dickinson, of Oak Grove; two brothers, Carroll Dickinson, of Hemphill, Texas, and Arthur Dickinson, of Oak Grove; a sister, Mrs. C. A. Butler, of Oak Grove.

Pallbearers were Travis Dickinson, Herman Butler, Lester Butler, Marvin Campbell, Tucker Campbell and Billy Colbert.
