Telitha Eugenia Davis Carter, of the Mt. Gilead Community Route 3 Griffin, died at Griffin-Spalding Community Hospital Tuesday after lengthy illness. Life long resident of Pike county and the widow of Mr. Otis Lovett Carter, prominent Pike County farmer who died 4 years ago.
