Rebecca married William Edgar Brown on May 21th, 1877, most likely in Butler Co., PA. They had 3 children that they named: William Leigh Brown, Carrie Mae Brown who's married name was Bower and Frank Edgar Brown.

Some family records suggest she went by the first name of Nancy. Her Death Certificate (#85660) and the cemetery records both recorded her name as "Rebecca N. Brown".

I suspect that the fact her mother's name was also Rebecca Nancy Snyder/Braham she was called "Nancy" to reduce confusion during family conversations.
