However, the index on the front of the book states that pages 171 to 239 pertain to the city of St. Paul proper. Isoline is enumerated in the 1885 Minnesota Census (Isoline, age 3), 1895 Minnesota Census (Isoline M., age 13), and the 1900 U.S. Census (Isoline M., age 17).

She married Joseph Lee Gilbreth of Wayne county, Michigan, on 8 October 1902 in Saint Paul. Isoline is recorded as Marie Isoline Howard on her marriage license and certificate.

Death notice in the 31 May 1967 Evening Star (Washington, DC), p. B-7, col. 5 and the Washington Post of the same date, p. B10, col. 5. She was survived by her brother, William Benning Webb "Webb" Howard (1884-1970), and her two grandsons.
