Brig. Gen. T. B. Dugan, Retired, Is Dead at 81
Washington, D. C., April 28 [Special].--Brig. Gen. Thomas Buchanan Dugan, 81 years old, U. S. A., retired, died at his home here late last night. Gen. Dugan was a veteran of the Spanish-American and world wars and of several campaigns against Indians. He was decorated with campaign badges of the Indian wars, the Spanish-American war, the Silver Star citation, the Distinguished Service medal, and the Victory badge with three clasps. He commended bridages in the 86th, 85th, 35th, and 5th divisions during the world war.
