Robert C. Feile, 88, of Reedsville, died early today at the Manitowoc County Hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Frieden's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Reedsville, The Rev. Lloyd Fried, pastor will officiate and burial will be in Schleswig Cemetery near Kiel.
Friends may call at the Reedsville Funeral Home from 3 p.m. Tuesday until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church after 11 a.m.
Mr. Feile was born Aug. 12, 1872 in the Town of Schleswig, a son of the late Mathias and Anna Edens Feile, and married Helen Fluhr on Nov. 17, 1898, at Schleswig. He operated a machine shop in Reedsville for about 50 years.
The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1948.
Survivors are his wife; a son, Hugo of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. Edwin Beilke of Appleton; one brother, Rudolph of Kiel; two sisters, Mrs.Johanna Duecker of Kiel, Mrs. Ella Reineck of Appleton, and four grand-children. Two children preceded him in death.
