Norma Feile
Villa Saint Clare, Neenah
Age 86, formerly of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 28, 1998 at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center.
She was born August 31, 1911 in Reedsville, daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Fluhr) Feile. She graduated from Reedsville High School in 1931. She attended school and studied infant care at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago for a year. She then resided in Chicago and worked as a nanny for five years. Norma worked part time in Appleton for H. C. Prange Co. for many years and retired in 1975.
She married Edwin Beilke November 17, 1936 in Waukeegan, Illinois, sharing 55 years together until his death on October 5, 1992.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, the Faith Guild and a past member of the Appleton Yacht Club.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Janet Beilke, Appleton; a daughter and son-in-law, Jean and AI Fortner, West Allis; sister-in-law, Elsie Feile, Manitowoc; a nephew and niece, Tom and Janet Reese, Manitowoc; three grandchildren: Lisa Woodke, Scott Beilke, Jennie Beilke.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert; a brother Hugo Feile and two sisters.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday March 4, 1998 at Faith Lutheran Church with the Rev. Paul Brinkman officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park
