WALHALLA, Aug. 4.--Mrs. Amanda Callis Lipscomb, widow of J. Andrew Lipscomb, died at her home here Wednesday night at 8:30 o'clock.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Henry Kerr, Mrs. Troy Chapman, Central and Mrs. Claude Williams, Misses Agnes and Drucilla Lipscomb and one son, Luther Lipscomb, all of Walhalla.
Funeral services will be held from the Pleasant Ridge Baptist church Friday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock by the Rev. H. E. Davis and the Rev. Milas Julian.
Pallbearers will be Ray, Marvin, Clyde and Pat Garrison, Luther Wilson, Harmon Beatty, Ralph Beatty and Jimmie Davis.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
