Funeral services for Mrs. Lawson Sykes, 91, who died Saturday at the residence, will be 2 p.m. today at Courtland Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Ernest Dillard officiating. Burial will be in Bankhead Family Cemetery, Guntharp Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. David Larkin Martin; a grandson, Lawson Sykes Martin; three great-granddaughters.
Uhland Redd III, James Gilchrist Jr, Daniel Gilchrist IV, James Blythe Jr, Robert Tweedy III, Bert Pippen, Cary Hotchkiss, Lewis McGregor and Hunter Marsh will be pallbearers.
