Everett Levert Parker, 76, of Route 12, Athens, died Sunday at his residence.

The funeral will be today at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with John Clotfelter and Alton Downs officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Mr. Parker was a retired bus driver for the Limestone County Board of Education.

Survivors include his wife, Wilma Parker; a daughter, Marjorie "Geraldine" Holt of Athens; a son, Naaman "Buddy" Parker of Athens; a brother, Elmer Parker of Athens; three sisters, Della Bauer of Tanner and Thelma Ferguson and Marie Taylor, both of Decatur; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
