Mr. Kelley was a retired farmer. His religious belief was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie May Haggard Kelley, who passed away in 2003.
Mr. Kelley is survived by one son, Daniel L. Kelley of Heber Springs; and two sisters, Mary Cole of Jonesboro and Bonnie Walker of Jonesburg, Missouri. Mr. Kelley is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 28, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Olmstead Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the Olmstead Chapel with Bro. J. C. Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Antioch Cemetery. Dale Meeks, Bob Hurley, Chris Clark, Rickie Lawson, Michel Maxie, and Kevin Haggard will serve as pallbearers.
