Bettie Blanche Courtney Good, 77, of Stanley, died on Friday, Oct. 5, 2007, at her home.
She was born on Aug. 19, 1930, in Stanley and was a daughter of the late Joseph E. and Rose Morris Courtney.
Mrs. Good attended school in Page County and was a member of the Calvary Independent Brethren Church in Stanley.
On Jan. 12, 1949, she married Edward William Good, who died on Feb. 4, 1997.
She is survived by a son, Stephen Good of Stanley; a daughter, Robyn Caracofe of Stanley; a sister, Anna Mae Goode of Stanley; a foster brother, Larry Hilliard of Stanley; a foster sister, Diane Hilliard of Stanley; three grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one step great-grandchild.
Burial was in the Leake's Chapel Cemetery near Stanley.
