Obituary: February 8, 1941

Mrs. Margaret Forsythe Alexander, 62, wife of Thomas Alexander of Geneseo, died suddenly Saturday at her home. Mrs. Alexander was born in County Antrim, Ireland, and came to this country about 30 years ago. Besides her husband she is survived by a son, James Alexander, member of the U. S. Coast Guard in California; a daughter, Miss Letty Alexander, Geneseo; a sister, Mrs. Letitia Jelleson, Belfast, New York; and four brothers, James Forsythe of Geneseo, Hugh of Miami, Florida, William John Forsythe of Scotland, and Robert Forsythe of Ireland. Funeral Services were conducted at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in her late home by Reverend Joseph Sunter, pastor of the Central Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Temple Hill Cemetery, Geneseo, New York
