Lula Tullis, daughter of David Wilson "Wilse" Tullis Jr. and Jane McMurtrie, was married 7 Oct 1924 in St. George, Washington County, Utah to Arthur Frank Stapley (1897-1951). With their abundant love they brought seven children into this world:

While traveling by public bus Lula had a stroke, she had only been in town 1 hour til her death in Beaver, Beaver County, Utah.
