Scott Bowen, 36, of Brunswick, Georgia died Saturday, November 20, 2009 at Southeast Georgia Health Center in Brunswick, GA.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 23, 2009 at 4 PM at Englewood Baptist Church with the Rev. J.W. Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Englewood Cemetery.

Mr. Bowen was born July 6, 1973 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Nancy Starling Langley and Andrew Bowen. Growing up in the Atlanta area, he was a 1992 graduate of Tucker High School in Tucker and attended South Georgia College in Douglas. He was a fence installation supervisor and was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Debra Padgett Bowen of Brunswick; Children: Austin Bowen and Christian Figueroa of Brunswick and Skyler Bowen of Fitzgerald; Brother, Andrew (Alison) Bowen of Hayesville, North Carolina and Sister, Christy (Scott) Bowen Galbraith of Broxton.
