Services for Grandma Larimore, 88, were held at the church in the True Community officiated by Rev. M.C. Hays, pastor of Newcastle Methodist Church.
Grandma Larimore had been a citizen of Young County for years and was one of the pioneers of this section. She and her husband moved to Young County in 1878 and settled four miles north of where Newcastle, Texas is now located. They lived there until 1923 when they moved to Newcastle, Texas. She was a good Christian, a good mother and her death is mourned by Young County.
Survived by four children- J.F. Larmore, B.P. Larimore, Mrs. S.L. Ellis, Mrs. L.T. Clark; several grandchildren.
