Mrs. Bolding was a native Texan, born in Hood County on 1 February 1871. She was married in 1896. The Boldings moved here when Olney was a small trading center for cattlemen and lived here until 1919 when they moved to Wichita Falls.
In July of 1946, they returned to Olney after Bolding and a son, Harvey Bolding, purchased and became operators of the White Auto Store in Olney.
Surviving: her husband; son; three sisters; a brother; Mrs. S.E. Holmes of Fort Worth, Mrs. Ella Hiner of Granbury, Mrs. Jessie Crawford of Temple, OK; Lewis Harvey of Grandfield, OK; a daughter - Mrs. R.B. Parker died in 1938.
The funeral was held in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
