The daughter of Captain James Jr & Jane (Weddle) Taggart of Nashville, Brown Co IN, Susannah married Lieutenant Stephen Alexander Kennedy on 29 Jul 1847 in Brown Co IN, son of John Davis & Mary King (Alexander) Kennedy of Greene Co TN, late of Brown Co IN. They had seven children, five sons and two daughters.
