KERENS, April 20 - (Spl) - W F Johnson, aged 76, who operated a store at Toole for several years before he retired and moved to Kerens, died at his home Thursday at 4 am. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm Friday at the Oak Grove Baptist Church. The Rev Sam Hopkins of the Oak Grove Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Oak Grove cemetery.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Leroy and Oris B, both of Dallas; Felda, Kerens; four daughters, Mrs Olivia Blissett, Gladewater; Mrs Lula Blansett, Athens; Mrs Irene Hillger, Alma; Mrs Ola Strange, Dallas; three brothers, J B Johnson, Kerens; J E Johnson, Toole; S H Johnson, Dallas, three sisters, Mrs W A Peevy Toole; Mrs W T Simmons, and Mrs W H Redford, both of Kerens.
