Alfred Reynard, 83, retired farmer and a resident of this community practically all of his life, died this morning in his home in Mill Street. He had been ill several weeks. He was born in Virginia the son of Elanson and Nancy Reynard. His widow, Mrs. Ella (Lloyd) Reynard, and eight children survive; two daughters by a former marriage, Mrs. Charles Hunter and Mrs. Amzi Hunter of near Utica. Two daughters and three sons of a later marriage: Mrs. John Blackstone and Arthur Reynard of Lucas, Lawrence of the home and Mrs. Gordon Butt of Johnstown; one brother, Charles Reynard, and a sister, Mrs. Molly Downey of Newark. The body was moved to the Clunis and Householder Funeral Home in Newark and tonight will be taken to the home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed
