Albert was a patient at the Eastern Oregon State Mental Hospital. He lived there till he crossed over and the hospital paid for his cremation and his cremains were interred in the hospital Crypt along side other residents of the hospital who had crossed over and had no one to claim them and bury them, so the hospital had a Crypt for them.
When his daughter Lena died in 1950, family provided (they had money now) to place Albert in a marked grave in the same outdoor plot with Lena. If you look at his daughter Lena (Lynam) Pinson's and Albert's markers, you'll see that they're the same design and age.
