Died of Senility.

1. 30 Oct 1852 Manchester, Hillsborough, New Hampshire to Nancy Jane Kidder.

To their union was born 7 children:
Orrin Edward Blackstone, Henry Joshua Blackstone, Charles Henry Blackstone, Emily Jane Blackstone, Irvin Kidder Blackstone, Anna Mabel Blackstone, and Della Vera Blackstone.

2. 13 Jun 1896 Woodsville, Grafton, New Hampshire to Susan M "Susie" Brock.

Duane Edward Blackstone and Effie May Blackstone.

Benjamin enlisted as a Private serving the Union Army on 18 Aug 1862. On 5 Sep 1862 he enlisted in Company D, New Hampshire 12th Infantry Regiment. Benjamin mustered out of service on 26 Nov 1862 in Washington, District of Columbia.
