RUSSELL W. LYNNE
Russell W. Lynne, 50, died of a heart attack approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday (Aug 6, 1963)
Mr Lynne was found dead in bed at his home by family. He died in Decatur, 2009 Pennylane SE, Decatur, Ala.
Funeral will be Thursday (Aug 8, 1963) at First Methodist Church. Burial will be at the City Cemetery.
Survivors include the widow, Erline T. Lynne; one daughter Mrs Billy Wayne Ralph, Decatur; one son, Russell W. Lynne, Jr., Decatur; mother Mrs S. A. Lynne, Decatur; one sister Mrs Skeggs Crawford, Decatur; one brother Judge Seybourne Lynne, Birmingham.
Mr. Lynne was a graduate of Cumberland Law School in Lebanon, TN and had been practicing law in Decatur for approximately 25 years. He was a member of the First Methodist Church where he was a member of the Board of Stewards.
