Born August 15, 1951 in Salt Lake City to Earl and Frances Mineer Mazzei. He married Janeen M. Belka, January 29, 1971 in Taylorsville, Utah. He was presently self-employed.
Survived by wife, Janeen; children: Travis, Tony, all of West Valley City; mother, Frances of Salt Lake City; brothers, Anthony and Barbara, of Long Beach, Calif.; Alma and Vickie of Hunter, Utah; sister, Taunya and Melvin Ashton of Sandy.
Memorial services will be Monday, December 18, 1995, 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Rd. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.
