This Cemetery was named (after son) called Bob- Robbert Calvert, son of William and Sallie Elzabeth Wright Calvert. There are -were several places named Calvert Cemetery in Cullman County,Alabama; some have been done away in time or been moved, or now under water after Smith Lake was built, This Cemetery still stands in good condition, and Memorial-Decoration day held each year same day as Sulphur Springs Baptist Church just up road from this Cemetery in Crane Hill, Alabama.

As you turn down to enter this Cemetery, you see nailed to a tree a small sign reading "Bob Calvert Cem."

Help take care of this beautiful place.

Let these Pioneer People not be forgotten, some of these families lines have run out but many others live on, Calvert, Harris, and many more.
