Jeremy answered God's call to come home at 1:07 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2009. He passed away at home in his mother's arms. While it's true Jeremy had Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy, his short time of 26 years on this earth, his quality of life, given to him by his parents and all the many who were close to him, was loving and wonderful. We will miss him, but know we will be together again.
Jeremy was born Oct. 1, 1982, in Upland, Calif., where he spent his first 10 years, before moving to Fort Collins. He is survived by his parents, Carl and Terri Stark; three sisters, Angela Piper of Springfield, Ore., Samantha Barton of Las Vegas, Nev., Debbie Goad of Las Vegas; and his brother, Arthur Stark of Springfield, Ore. Of his extended family, his Uncle, Dayton Garrett lived with the family for Jeremy's last 16 years.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, Jan. 19, 2009 at Allnutt Drake Chapel.
Funeral Service 10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 in the South Auditorium of Timberline Church. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery in Wellington.
