William Harrison Yount, 30, succumbed to an eight-year illness at 9:15 o'clock Saturday morning in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Yount of Troy. The decedent was born in Piqua on Feb. 16, 1910. He attended Piqua schools and was graduated from the Piqua Central high school. During his school career he was an all-around athlete. His church affiliations were with the Greene Street Methodist church, Piqua. Survivors are the parents; one brother, Frank, Jr.; a sister, Ruth; a grandfather, William Clingan, and a number of uncles and aunts. The body was taken to the Coppock, Lee & Rousseau funeral home in Tipp City. Funeral arragements have not been completed.
