Edison R. Northrup, 85, a retired farmer, died Tuesday at his home, 1200 Lincoln St., Space 155 in Bellingham, Washington. He was born June 2, 1894, in Minnesota. He had lived 10 years in Bellingham and, before that, 46 years at Ridgefield.
He was preceded in death by his wife M. Eleanor on January 12, 1979, this year. He is survived by a daughter-in-law, a son, two daughters, a sister, 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Saturday at the Ridgefield Community Methodist Church in Ridgefield, Washington. Burial was in the Valley View Cemetery at Ridgefield, Washington. Local arrangements were by Jones Funeral Home.
