North Branch—Services were held today at SS. Peter and Paul's Church for John Joseph Robinet, 68, who died Tuesday at his home in Burnside Township after a six-week illness. The Rev. Edward Sobczak officiated and burial was in the church cemetery.
He leaves his wife, Florence, and three sons and five daughters, Edwin of Imlay City, Victor, Charles and Elizabeth at home, Mrs. Ida Sari and Mrs. Nettie Ruhlman, of North Branch, Mrs. Mary North, Burnside, and Mrs. Agnes Romskin, Lakeville; three brothers, Jacob and Michael of North Branch and Joseph of Imlay City, and five sisters, Mrs. Christopher Weingartz, Richmond, Mrs. Anthony Schlaud, Attica, and Mrs. Gregory Bauer, Mrs. John Nolan and Mrs. Michael Weingartz, North Branch.
He was horn in North Branch Township April 13, 1885, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Robinet. In November, 1916, he married Florence Chase of North Branch Township.
