Ivy Gee was born June 23, 1916, in Blooming Grove and moved to Fort Worth in 1939. She owned and operated grocery stores in Fort Worth until her retirement. She was a person who really thought of family, and she was the one that kept the family together.
Survivors: Daughter, Barbara Watkins and husband, Sam; son, Kenneth Jordan and wife, Pauline; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren and one on the way.
