She married Claude A. OVERHOLSER on April 7, 1934. He died May 9, 2001.
She worked as a cook at Goshen High school, as a head cook at Harrison Township School and as an assistant dietitian at Goshen College.
She was a member of Holdeman Mennonite Church, where she worked and led church youth groups. She volunteered at Camp Mack, Brethren Voluntary Service, Church World Service, Heifer International and Meals on Wheels.
Mrs. Overholser was survived by three daughters; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and three sisters -- Rosa Brovont of Flora, Doris Clark of Wakarusa, and Velma (Kenneth) Stull of Greenville, Ohio.
Four brothers (Alpha, Jesse, Marvin and Levi Hufford) preceded her in death.
