FANCY FARM, Ky. Anna Ophelia Carrico, 91, of Fancy Farm died at 11:36 p.m. Thursday at Mills Health & Rehab Center. She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, where she served on the Altar Society, and a homemaker. Surviving are two daughters, Karen Willett of Fancy Farm and Janet Thomason of Mayfield; one son, John Carrico of Lone Oak; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Charles Carrico; two sons, Jimmy Carrico and Douglas Carrico; three brothers; and five sisters; Her parents were Jim and Dora Thomas Cash. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Jerome Catholic Church with Father Darrell Venters officiating. Burial will be at St. Jerome Cemetery.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, with prayers at 7.
