HER OBITUARY: Hobbs News, 20 Feb 1985:
Funeral services for Emily E. Bingham, 76, of 513 Sunset Circle in Hobbs have been set for 2 p.m. Friday in the Lovington First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bingham died early Wednesday at her home.
She was born June 30, 1909 in Quitaque, Texas, and married Tom S. "Towhead" Bingham, who preceded her in death in 1973.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Beth Nave and Mrs. Raye Reed, both of Hobbs, and a son Tom Bingham of Hobbs. Other survivors include two brothers, A.D. Frier of Lovington and Odis Frier of Tatum and nine grandchildren.
Burial will follow in the Lovington Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
