Benjamin Franklin “Frank” King (1901-1940), deputy sheriff and constable in Welaka for several years past died in this city late yesterday afternoon after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Conway, Ark.
Besides his widow two children and several brothers and sisters survive.
Funeral services will be held at the family plot in the Welaka cemetery at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow with Rev. H. W. Tucker, Sanford, officiating.
