Maude was born 6-27-1885 in Bloomfield, San Juan County, NM to Garland H. and Mary Ann (Davis) Burkett.
Maude first married Charles Homer Fields on 2-26-1900 in Bloomfield, NM. To this union were born four children (Roy, Lulu, Mildred & Garrett). Charles Homer Fields died in 1908 and was buried in the Aztec Cemetery, Aztec, NM.
Maude then married Al Case sometime circa July 1909, and they are found on the 1910 Calaveras County, CA census with the Fields children in the home. This mariage did not last. It is unknown what became of Mr. Case.
Maude then married Abrum 'Abe' McKinney on 12-10-1910 in Durango, Colorado. To this marriage were born five children (Joseph, Paul, Bonnie, Willard, and Hubert). Abe died in 10-22-1935 in Sagauche County, CO and is buried in the Hillside Cemetery there.
Maude then married Prudencio Dempsey Angana in CO. They are found on the 1940 census in Colorado. Some of the McKinney children are in the home.
