Marriage was solemnized in the St. George Temple on June 9, 1951. Fought as a Marine on Iwo Jima during WWII. Survived by his wife, Betty; children, Claudia (Lou) Nackos, Erik (Debi) Anderson, Judy Anderson, Eileen Younkin, Greg (Kelly) Anderson, Carol (Reed) Harrison and David Anderson; 48 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by oldest son, George R. Anderson, Jr. Interment under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
