Clinton M. Brodess of Decatur died Monday morning in Jacksonville. He was sixty-four years old last Febuary.
Mr. Brodess was born in 1860 and most of his life was spent in Decatur. He and his wife conducted a confectionery
in Decatur for twenty years or more. Theirs was for years one of the most popular places in Decatur. Mr. Brodess had not lived here for several years. His wife died about eleven years ago, and his only near relative is his aged mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Brodess of Decatur.
The body will be brought to the Brintlinger & Sons undertaking establishment this evening.
