George McKinney, former resident of Colesburg, died Tuesday the 11th at his home in Volga City, where he lived with his daughter. He was 91 years of age. Leaving to mourn his death are one son and four daughters. After the funeral services, held at his home in Volga, the remains were brought here to Colesburg, and laid to rest beside his wife and two daughters at Oak Hill. He was a Civil War veteran and members of the S.G. Knee Post, GAR accorded the rites at the cemetery.
