Fleetwood Grace Graves was the daughter of Anthony Fleming Graves and his wife Amanda Cook. "Flem" and "Mandy" had children who died in infancy (1900 census says she had 16 children with only a few living?). Those living to adulthood were Charles W, Lucy E, Minnie Lee McKinnon, Nathan Giles, Martha Pattie McFayden, Williamson Baker and Jessie.

She was the wife of David Richard Bullock, Sr. This union was blessed with Ada Mae Taylor Barefoot, Ralph Fleming, Eva Prevatte, Hazel Walters, Virginia Watts, David R Jr, John Thomas, Neill Franklin and Clarence Martin Bullock.

She was the grandaughter of Nathaniel Graves and his wife, Lucy Cheshire Graves.
