Death certificate located on the State of Utah Archives website. death certificate

The informant was Andrew Sporich, Sr. of Sunnyside; however, they didn't list a date of birth. Listed his birthplace as Coal Basin, Colorado and he was "about 19".

His parents were Andrew Sporich Sr. of Austria and Mary Sporich of Austria. (Later parents adopted the spelling of their name as SPORCICH - they are buried in the Slovenian Cemetery in Spring Glen) To keep with current spellings, I have changed Andrew's name to match parents spelling; however, death certificate lists it as "Sporich"

He passed away at the St. Marks Hospital of Cardio Renal Varcular Desease. He was a coal miner at Utah Fuel Company in Sunnyside.

He was buried in Sunnyside on March 18, 1926.

There is another youth in Sunnyside that is listed as Frank Sporcic (1909-1917) which I am thinking would be his brother.
