Allie Mae Bailey, 79, moved to Texas as a child with her parents.

Miss Allie Mae Heard married Charles D. Bailey on 2 January 1890 at Mertens, Texas. The couple moved to Young County in 1910 and settled at Jean, west of Olney. He preceded her in death.

Survived by three sons - M.E. Bailey, L.D. Bailey, and M.A. Bailey; two daughters - Miss Macon Bailey and Miss Lucille Bailey; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at the Olney Church of Christ with R.C. Ledbetter, minister of the Church of Christ at Jacksboro officiating.
