Teresa C. Quinn of Downingtown

Teresa Carol Quinn, 79, of Downingtown, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007, at her residence.
She was the wife of John Quinn, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Patrick Joseph and Mary Gilligan O'Donnell.
Mrs. Quinn was a 1945 graduate of the John J. Hallahan High School in Philadelphia.
She was an administrator for the Chester County Board of Realtors for five years, before retiring in 1985. Prior to that, she was an executive secretary for 35 years for the Newcomen Society.
She was a member of St. Joseph Church in Downingtown and a former member of Ss. Philip & James in Exton.
In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by her children, John ‘Jay' Quinn and Mary Quinn of Downingtown, Teresa ‘T.C.' Martin of West Chester, Thomas Quinn of Norristown, Kitty Fica of Lionvile and Kevin Quinn of Downingtown; grandchildren, John Quinn, Nina Burke, Tony Quinn, Michael Quinn, John, Patrick and Maeve Quinn, Erin, Maria, Ryan and Dominic Ficca, and Kevin, Patrick, Michael and Terese Quinn; her great- grandchildren, Kayla, Amanda and Sasha Quinn, and Riley Burke.
She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at St. Joseph Church, 338 Manor Ave., Downingtown.
Family and friends may call Friday, Feb. 16, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 17, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown.
Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.
Mass cards are preferred.
