Lewistown, IL - Linda L. McKinley, 67, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Lewistown, Ill., passed away at 9 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010, at Regency Place in Greenfield, Ind.
She was born May 1, 1942, in Canton, Ill., the daughter of James and Berniece (Chipman) Gilkerson. Her father preceded her in death. She married Larry B. McKinley on June 26, 1960. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include her mother, Berniece Gilkerson of Lewistown; one sister, Judy (Donald) Parkinson of Lewistown; four children, Terry (Barb) McKinley of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Kevin (Julie) McKinley of Lewistown, Jim (Cassie) McKinley of New Palestine, Ind., and Crystal (Scott) Yost of Greenfield, Ind.; nine grandchildren, Kelly, Jessica, Matthew, Tyler, Kelsey, Mandy, Hannah, Maddie and Camden; another granddaughter on the way; and four great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ashayla, Landon and Noah.
She was a 1960 graduate of Lewistown High School.

She was a homemaker and previously farmed in Lewistown.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
