Charlie Richter and Marietta Tucker married Aug 11 1887 in Colquitt Co., Ga. Colquitt Co Marriage Bk A-D, pg 229.
Her obituary in the Daily Observer, Moultrie, Colquitt County, Georgia Published Monday October 18, 1915, states she died Thursday night in Bridge Creek, GA of typhoid fever. She was born in Georgia according to the 1900 and 1910 U.S. Census for Hartsfield, Colquitt, Georgia. Marietta died of typhoid fever. It also states she was the mother of five children.

Would you re-check the obituary you mentioned on this memorial? Marietta was the mother of eleven children, not five. She died in 1915.

Gustavia b. 1897 (Gussie)
Charlie b. 1899 (he died young, 4 yrs)
Maude b. 1901 (she must have died young after 1910)
Infant b. 1902 (this infant died)
Carrie Ola b. 1903
Joe Green b.1904
Pete b. 1907
They are all listed with Marietta and Charles in the 1910 census, except for Rosa and Leander and the ones who died young, then she died in 1915 and then Charles had married the first Maggie by the 1920 census.
