Daughter of Heinrich Weil & Carrie Biederman. Wife of Isaac Bodenheimer.

Mrs. Matilda Bodenheimer, 84 year old, a former resident of Paducah died yesterday at her home in Ponca City, Okla.,, according to word received by relatives here. Death resulted from the infirmities of age.

Mrs. Bodenheimer, widow of Isaac Bodenheimer, was a native Paducahan and resided here until two years ago when she went to Ponca City. She had many friends here. Mrs. Bodenheimer was an aunt of Mr. Jake Biederman ot this city.

She is survived by the following daughters, Mrs. Anna Jacobs, of Los Angeles, Cal., Mrs. Hattie Dryfuss, Mrs. Harry Bucheimer, of Ponca City, and Mrs. Lily Strausberger, ot Parsons, Kan. and by two sons, Mace Bodenheimer, of Memphis; and Jake Bodenheimer, of Kansas City.

The body will be brought here for burial, arriving, tomorrow afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the funeral chapel of Mattil, Eflnger and Roth Thursday.

The arrangements for the funeral have not been made.
