Obituary in THE POST AND COURIER, Charleston, SC, 2 Dec 1995: Norway - Annie Lou Fort Hebrard, 80, a retired inspector with Orangeburg Manufacturing, died Friday in a Bamberg hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Willow Swamp Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Thompson Funeral Home of Orangeburg, will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Hebrard was born in Orangeburg, a daughter of Thomas B. Fort and Maybelle Baltzegar Fort. She was an active member of Willow Swamp Baptist Church and was the widow of Alexander T. Hebrard. Surviving are four daughters, Virginia Carrigg of Bamberg, Christine Robinson of Charlotte and Margaret Sanders and Faye Downing, both of Norway; two sisters, C.M. Hebrard and Lois Folk, both of Norway; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
