Elmer bravely served his country in the Second World War. He enlisted in October 1943 and was discharged December 1944. Other than his time in the army, he spent most of this life in the Milford area and was the former owner and operator of the Milford Electric Shop. Mr. Rassi married Miss Georgia Hammond in 1938 and had a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Joyce) Morehouse.
