Earnest Hogmire, 56, of Mildred passed away in a Billings hospital on February 5 following major surgery the day before.
Earnest Hogmire was born in Bronson Township, MI on May 25, 1904, the son of Frank and Lydia Fresner. He moved to MT with his parents in 1909 where his family homesteaded 8 miles north of MiIdred.
Earnest had made Mildred his home since that time and for the past 20 years, delivered mail west of Mildred.
He is survived by one brother, Leland Hogmire of Sturgis MI, and one sister, Mrs Rena Eskro of Mildred.
