DECORAH L Agnes C. Seegmiller,76, of Waterloo, formerly of Decorah, died Monday in her home after a long illness. Services: 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today; 2:30 p.m. Thursday, First United Methodist Church, Decorah, where friends may call one hour before service time Thursday. Burial: Phelps Cemetery, Decorah. Survivors include her husband, Orval; three daughters, Dorothy Seegmiller of Decorah, Ruth Kerns of Waterloo and Fern Schmid of Sebeka, Minn.; two sons, Wayne of Queen City, Mo., and Orval Jr. of Waterloo; a sister, Florence Johnson of Decorah; and three brothers, Raymond Sersland of Decorah, Arnold Sersland of Mount Vernon, Wash., and Kenneth Sersland of Madison, Wis.
