SAN PIERRE -- Mrs. Rose E. Koehler, 80, of San Pierre, died at the Walters Clinic Hospital, Michigan City, at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. She was born July 3, 1887, in Chicago, and lived here most of her life. Her husband, John, survives, along with two daughters, Mrs. Doris Shea of Palatine, Ill., and Mrs. Mona Miller of Chicago; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Henry Dolezal of Cicero, Ill., and a half-brother and two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Stalbaum and Miss Helen Dolezal, both of San Pierre. Friends may call at the McCormick Mortuary in North Judson from 2 p.m. Monday, where a rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the All Saints Catholic Church, Rev. Louis Jezorski officiating. Burial will be in the All Saints Catholic Cemetery. She was a member of the church. She was a Gold Star Mother of World War II.
